Donger's Review: 'Lacie's Life'

I am usually not a fan of Vivid product, but if they start making more movies like Lacie's Life, I will definitely become one. Let me start this review off by saying that Lacie's Life is not a gonzo film. It is, however, an amazing approximation of one. At times it is so close to the real thing, that I actually forgot who had produced the disc. I think I was thrown because I did not see even one condom in the whole freakin' film. How could this be from Vivid?

Lacie's Life is the first Vivid feature to star their newest Vivid Girl, Lacie Heart. Lacie had a very brief -- but quite amazing -- career in the gonzo world before going for that brass ring and signing a contract with Vivid. Lacie looks like one of the sweetest, cutest girls to ever enter the porn world. Unfortunately, most of the "too cute for porn" girls that find themselves in the jizz biz are total bores onscreen. The sex is totally uninspired, and the girls are unable to even pretend to be having a good time. That has been changing somewhat over the last few years. I am happy to say that Lacie represents that new breed of porn slut. Lacie is no shy wallflower when it comes to fucking. She is a total cockstar!!

The "plot" for Lacie's Life is pretty simple. You get exactly what the title says, you get a firsthand look into the life of Lacie Heart -- at least one sex filled day of it anyways. It is shot in the style of a documentary. Not sure we'll be seeing this one on PBS anytime soon. All told, the camera crew catches Lacie fucking and/or blowing at least six different guys in her busy day.

We start off at Lacie's house with her in the tub shaving. She tells us about how crazy her life is, and how it would make a great movie. Lacie then throws on some clothes and brings the cameraman to her next door neighbor's house to spy on them having sex. That neighbor turns out to be Sativa Rose, who is taking a pounding. For some reason, Sativa leaves and Lacie walks in, blows her male neighbor, and runs out of the house and into her car.

Lacie's next appointment in her busy, crazy day is a meeting with Vivid director, PT. She is a little weirded-out by the eccentric guy, but not enough to skip her "audition" for him. The audition consists of fucking some other guy who was also at PT's apartment. This was a hot scene. Lacie went into overdrive on this one, and took a nice facial at the end. All this sex and the day is barely half over!

Next on the agenda for Lacie is a glamour photoshoot for some magazines. Of course, she ends up fucking the photographer, too. For most celebrities or pornstars, that would be the end of the day -- not for Lacie.

Lacie returns home to find out her roommate is having a party. The roommate, Jenna Presley, has invited over a couple of guys and her girlfriend Joey. The group is playing some drinking games in the living room when Lacie joins in. Within a matter of minutes, the five of them engage in one of the hottest orgys ever caught on tape. All three girls take turns blowing or fucking the two guys. The 20+ minute scene ends with the stomachs of Joey and Jenna getting covered in man muck. Lacie scoops up some of the goo and hand feeds it to the two girls. A nice perverted twist to end the scene with. The Donger approves.

Lacie ends her day at the same place where she started it -- in the tub. Just as the cameraman/documentarian begins to say his goodbyes, Lacie offers to "give him a little something" for being such a good sport all day. That "something" turns out to be a nice, sensual blowjob. The cameraman bust his nut on her face (how many times has that happened to Lacie already today?) and we end the movie. Wow! What a day.

Vivid has always been good with bonus material, and this title is no exception. There is a behind the scenes section, and some photo galleries. There is also something called the "Positions Room" where you can watch only the sex acts that really get you going if you don't have enough patience to watch the whole movie.
Lacie's Life is clearly Vivid's attempt to introduce Lacie Heart to their audience -- an audience that might not know Lacie from her gonzo and web days. The gonzo-like feel of the movie makes it more enjoyable for me. No big sets, crazy locations, or hours of dialogue in between the sex scenes. It's just Lacie going from place to place and getting fucked. It was great. Lacie Heart is a goddess, and I want to see every scene she makes.

I am now very optimistic about Lacie's future. So far, she has not changed her style to fit the typical Vivid mold. The no condom thing is especially promising. Now if Vivid could convince Lacie to try anal, all would be right in the world. I am shocked to be giving a Vivid title such a high rating, but it is totally deserved. Donger's rating:
